Small-team ad launch
One person owns the offer and the page. An agent or a teammate runs setup through the same account. The team meets on which message won, not on an insertion order.

A small team can launch ads when one person owns the offer and the page, and everyone else uses the same Adprime Zero account to set up, fund, and read the test.
/lp/small-team-ad-launch is the paid funnel. This guide is the workflow: who does what, what you skip, and how you avoid five people editing one live campaign.
Split the jobs, not the account
Owner of the offer: writes the one promise, the landing page, and the disclosure. If that page is the homepage, stop and make a page that matches the ad. The isolated funnel checklist is the artifact.
Owner of the account: signs up, finishes organization and intent, adds prepaid budget or completes the agent's funding link, and holds the API key in a secret store the agent is allowed to use.
Owner of the loop: a teammate in Cursor or Claude, or the dashboard assistant, who creates targeting, submits the creative, and pastes performance back. They do not invent a second account.
Billing stays one prepaid wallet with a daily cap. Early access is $0 monthly platform fee and a $100/day starter cap. A small team does not need a media retainer to run that.
What the team meeting is for
Meet on the message and the page, not on trafficking trivia. After the first live day, look at spend versus the daily cap, provider freshness, and whether clicks concentrated on a handful of domains. Do not meet on CTR as the score. Read performance without fooling yourself.
If you want a second message, add an approved creative or copy the campaign. Do not have two people pause associations at the same time. The last active creative cannot be removed. Rotate creatives on a live campaign.
If you want a second audience, create a new targeting set from catalog ids and copy the campaign. Do not silently widen the live cell.
What you skip
You skip the insertion order, the sales call, and the shared DSP login spreadsheet. You do not skip a matching landing page, destination checks, or a conversion event if the meeting is going to argue about signups. Set up conversion events before that argument.
Auto-reload is worth turning on if the person who funds is not the person who watches the weekend. Auto-reload so tests do not die.
The parent job is Buy ads without an agency. If the "team" is one founder, use Founder first test. If the operator is an agent, use Launch ads from Cursor.
