Review
An ad runs only when the exchange has approved its image and Adprime Zero has checked its landing page. Both usually finish within minutes to about a day.

Two checks before an ad runs
Two independent statuses have to be ready. The exchange decides whether the image can run. Adprime Zero decides whether the landing page can. Launching a campaign reads both, together with the prepaid balance, and is refused with a list of what is missing until all three are ready.
Exchange approval can take from minutes to about a day. Your assistant polls get_creative, or subscribes to the creative.approved and creative.rejected webhooks instead of asking in a loop.
Pre-check, then submit
pre_check_creative (REST: POST /creative/pre-check) checks the image and page without saving anything, so your assistant can fail fast. submit_creative (POST /creative) saves the ad and starts the real checks. Pre-check, then submit, then wait for the result.
What the landing-page check looks at
- A fetch of the page, following redirects under a redirect policy.
- Whether the visible text matches what the ad claims, plus fingerprints of the page so later checks can see change.
- Google Safe Browsing.
- A classifier for restricted categories, which are rejected outright.
- Optional screenshots, kept as evidence. A failed screenshot is neither a pass nor a block.
Shorteners, generic forwarding links, cloaking links, affiliate redirect chains, and redirects to another host are rejected by default. One same-host tidy-up, such as http to https or adding www, is fine.
When a page needs a look
A page lands in requires_review when a check could not reach a verdict: the crawl hit a server error, the page did not match the ad, or the classifier could not run. “We could not check” is never treated as a pass. Read the stored reason, fix the page (or wait out the outage), and submit again.
After approval
Approved pages are re-checked on a randomized schedule and compared with the approved version. An ordinary text change is noted; a material mismatch or a failed crawl marks the page for review; forwarding, a new host, or a Safe Browsing threat pauses the campaigns that use it. Material changes also send the url.changed webhook. Rotating ads does not skip any of this: an ad you add or resume still needs both approvals. What happens when a landing page drifts has the full rules.
