Wallet and billing
Every account has a prepaid balance. Campaigns spend only what is in it, up to the daily budgets you set, and nobody types a card into a chat.

Prepaid, with a daily cap
You add funds before launch, from a $5 first deposit. New accounts start with a $100 a day spending cap. During early access you pay the media cost of your ads with no platform fee; Pricing has the planned rate and when it could start.
Each campaign has a daily budget, and that is the control you will actually use. An optional lifetime budget, if you set one, is honoured exactly. If you leave it out, the campaign can spend until it is paused or the balance runs out. There is no retainer, no insertion order, and no invoice after a test.
Paying from a chat
When the balance cannot cover a launch, your assistant asks for a hosted payment link (the request_prepay_link tool, or POST /account/prepay-link) and gives it to you. The link opens Adprime Zero sign-in with your email filled in: you verify with an email code, review or change the amount, and pay on Stripe Checkout. Your assistant then checks the funding status and carries on once the balance lands.
The balance is credited only after the payment provider confirms the payment, and a refreshed payment page cannot credit twice.
Automatic top-ups
Automatic top-up keeps a test alive while you are not watching billing. Save a card in the dashboard's billing page, then set a threshold (at least $5) and a reload amount ($5 to $5,000). When the available balance drops below the threshold, the saved card is charged for the reload amount.
A daily top-up ceiling and a cooldown stop a tight threshold from charging in a loop; you can set the ceiling in billing, up to your account's daily spend cap. Repeated payment failures turn top-ups off and record why, and removing the saved card turns them off too. Your assistant can remind you to turn top-ups on but cannot save a card for you. Auto-reload so tests do not die covers the settings.
Two kinds of stop
A campaign that spent its daily budget shows auto_paused_daily_cap. That is healthy: it waits and resumes after midnight UTC if there is balance left. A campaign stopped because the balance is empty is a different stop, and topping up (or turning on automatic top-ups) is the fix. Do not read the first as a failed top-up.
Receipts and refunds
Card charges and prepaid funding (Stripe Checkout, automatic top-ups, refunds, and adjustments) produce receipt PDFs, available in the dashboard or through the list_receipts and get_receipt tools. Ad spend and assistant usage appear in your funding and spend history rather than as receipts. Refund and payment-data rules are on the refunds and privacy pages.
