Refund And Dispute Policy

Adprime Zero is prepaid. We keep every funding attempt, provider event, refund record, dispute record, and ledger entry auditable so billing questions can be answered from durable product data.

Unused prepaid balance

Requests involving unused prepaid balance are reviewed by support and finance. Approved refunds are recorded separately from the campaign-spend ledger so the balance trail remains readable.

Delivered media

Spend tied to delivered impressions, exchange costs, or approved live-smoke tests is reviewed against platform logs, campaign state, and reconciliation evidence before any adjustment.

Provider disputes

Chargebacks and disputes are tracked in the admin console. Operators may pause account or campaign activity while evidence is gathered and finance review is complete.

How to ask

Contact support from the dashboard help page with the account email, funding intent ID, and a short reason. Do not send card or bank details.
