Run ads from Claude or Claude Code

Claude can run an ad test when it has an Adprime Zero account, a stored API key or MCP connection, and a hosted payment link that you complete in the browser.

This page is the public guide. /lp/run-ads-from-claude and /lp/claude-code-ad-buying are paid funnels with the same job and a shorter promise. Use this page when you want the operating loop, not the ad landing.

Claude chat versus Claude Code

In Claude chat, paste the Get started brief and keep the session honest about tools. If the client cannot run ztdsp or MCP, have Claude write the exact CLI commands and API calls for you to run, or switch to a client that can. Do not let it invent campaign objects in prose and call that a launch.

In Claude Code, the agent can run the terminal. That is the closer sibling to Cursor. Point it at npx -y ztdsp agent-guide, then ztdsp register or an existing ADP_ZERO_API_KEY. The AI ads prompt pack has a Claude-shaped variant if you want a shorter paste than the full get-started brief.

The work Claude should do

Describe the product, the landing page, who should see the ad, and a daily budget you can prepay. Claude should:

1. Discover the service from docs, ztdsp agent-guide, or the API root.
2. Create or connect the account and store the ak_... key in secrets.
3. Pre-check the landing page and submit creative with headline, description, click URL, expected content, and disclosure.
4. Discover segments by id when you ask for an audience, and show estimated data CPM before creating targeting.
5. Create the campaign and stop at a funding link when balance is missing.
6. After launch, read performance with freshness fields, then rotate creatives or copy the campaign.

Claude must not ask for card numbers, expiration dates, or login codes in the chat. The correct money action is request_prepay_link or ztdsp fund, then you open the URL.

What you keep

You keep the offer. A clever Claude draft of five headlines is not five tests if they all land on the homepage. Pick one promise and one page. You also keep payment and email verification. External-agent registration can return a key before the email code, because an empty account cannot spend. Funding still opens a login-gated browser handoff.

Destination review is automatic. If Claude submitted a page that parked in requires_review, read the stored reason. A skipped GPT signal is not a pass, and an OpenAI 429 is not always a rate limit. See Approve a landing page an agent submitted.

After the first report

Ask for conversions only after a conversion event exists, is installed from the product snippet, and is linked to the campaign. Delivery clicks are still clicks plural from the provider.
