Balance you add before a campaign can spend. The account cannot spend past what you funded. Agents request a hosted payment link.

A prepaid wallet is the account balance that funds delivery. You add money on a hosted payment page (Stripe Checkout when production billing is on). Campaigns spend from that balance. When it is empty, they stop. There is no later invoice for unfunded media.
Agents may request a prepay link (ztdsp fund or POST /account/prepay-link). They must not collect card numbers in chat. After the hosted page completes, they poll the funding intent and continue.
Prepaid is not a daily cap. The cap limits one UTC day. The wallet limits lifetime spend until you add more. Auto-reload, when enabled, is a separate policy so a test does not die overnight. A short runway with reload armed is a different situation from a short runway with reload off.
Early access has no monthly platform fee. You still need a funded wallet to activate. See pricing and what you do not need before the first test.
