Curiosity that still tells the truth
Ethical quiz ads can be curious. They cannot be fake iPhone prizes or fake scarcity. Allowed: real quizzes, calculators, generators, and polls we actually render. The page must match the ad.

Ethical quiz ads maximize legitimate curiosity and stop before bait. We will not run fake prize, fake survey, or bait-and-switch junk that would also poison our own quality read.
That line is from the supply-route quality benchmark ideas doc, the "toe the line, do not cross it" rule. It is operator judgment. It is also why the ten /sb pages can be weird without being false.
Allowed
- Real interactive experiences we actually render: quizzes, calculators, generators, polls with real results.
- Specific, curiosity-led headlines that match the landing page exactly.
- Free digital results we truly deliver on screen: a score, a recipe list, a packing list, name ideas, a savings estimate from the visitor's inputs.
- Optional email to save or send results only after the interactive result exists.
- Light urgency that is true: "new quiz," "this week's deals list," "updated for 2026."
Examples the plan already wrote: find which city or dinner fits you in 60 seconds; see how much you might save this month on streaming; build a meal plan from what you already have; generate pet names and pick favorites.
Not allowed
- Fake "You won an iPhone" or gift-card bait we will not fulfill.
- Fake scarcity ("only 3 left") for a digital quiz result.
- Claiming medical, financial, or legal outcomes we cannot support.
- Ads that promise one thing and land on something else.
- Disguised close buttons or accidental-click creative that manufactures our own bad CTR.
- Using consumer probe pages as secret Adprime Zero sales funnels. Keep branding neutral or lightly "Adprime traffic study" in the footer. Do not pitch the product in the hero.
Scratch-reveal's ad body is "No prize. Just a real-person check." Savings-slider says the estimate is not a guaranteed rebate. Weekend-quiz says suggestions only, not booked travel. Those sentences are the rule applied to live pages.
Why the rule is load-bearing
A fake prize would inflate clicks on the same remnant inventory we are trying to grade. We would then read high CTR as quality, which is the trap CTR is a trap already recorded. Curiosity that tells the truth keeps the completion metric honest. Fake curiosity makes the inventory look better than it is and makes the brand worse at the same time.
If a headline would be disappointing once the page loads, do not ship it. Rewrite the ask until the page can keep it.
