Click contamination watchlist

Domains that produced implausible remnant click rates on our flights. msn.com repeated. Seven domains held 41.3 percent of Supply Bench clicks. Not a certified IVT list.

Last measured: 2026-09-02 Supply Bench pull (August 2026 waves, partial coverage) plus the July 2026 learning-flight placement scan for the msn.com repeat. This is a watchlist from our books. It is not a vendor IVT verdict and not a public blocklist you should paste into another seat without looking.

The 1 percent and 3 percent CTR flags we use to notice contamination are operator judgment, not a certified fraud threshold.

The seven-domain set (Supply Bench slice)

Together these seven domains produced 41.3 percent of clicks from 4.7 percent of impressions in the 2026-09-02 pull. Flight-average CTR in that writeup was about 0.28 percent.

DomainWhat we measuredWhy it is on the list
people.com144 impressions, 23 clicks, 15.97 percent CTRPhysically implausible for a 300x250 against that flight average
msn.com785 impressions, 42 clicks, 5.35 percent CTRRepeat offender (see below)
booksandbao.com3.82 percent CTRSame implausible-CTR signature
wheelofnames.com2.29 percent CTRBrowser utility inventory on a web-only filter
tftcomps.gg2.17 percent CTRBrowser game/utility inventory
worldofsolitaire.com1.10 percent CTRBrowser game inventory
worldlifestyle.com1.08 percent CTRSame signature at a lower rate

Do not treat the 41.3 percent share as "all fraud." Treat it as "the billed click column is contaminated enough that CTR and CPC are not the score."

msn.com is a repeat

The July 2026 placement scan on the earlier learning flight already flagged msn.com at about 3.7 percent CTR against a 0.15 percent flight average. Supply Bench saw it again at 5.35 percent. Same domain, same signature, second flight. That is why this page is recurring: a one-off domain can be luck. A repeat is a pattern we keep listing until a judged exclude or a measured IVT rate replaces the CTR flag.

Limits

Partial coverage: top spend slice only. Wave 1 on-page logger failures mean some waves lack visit proof. No IVT vendor. Web-only targeting held (app_agg was empty) and still bought browser games.

When we have a covered Supply Audit run or a visit join by offer, we will add rows or strike names with a dated note. We will not silently drop msn.com because a later week looked quieter.
