Whether a Supply Audit run actually reviewed your delivery. Only covered counts. Zero findings on an incomplete scan is not a clean result.

A coverage verdict says whether a Supply Audit scan reviewed the account's delivery. Values are covered, no_account_rows, no_provider_rows, and no_campaigns.
The API exposes this as audited. The CLI warns when the run was not covered. The dashboard shows Incomplete and "This scan did not review your delivery." The 24-hour rescan gate counts only covered runs.
provider_rows_returned is stored on the run so you can see whether the provider sent rows before account scoping. A quiet findings list on a non-covered run is not proof the remnant was clean.
