Campaign creative association

The join between a campaign and a creative. Rotate by adding or pausing associations. The last active association cannot be paused or removed.

A campaign creative association is the join row that says this campaign may serve this creative. The creative keeps its own review status, destination status, and exchange id. Adding an association does not copy those checks away.

Public routes live under /campaign/:id/creatives. CLI is ztdsp campaign creatives. MCP tools match. You can list, add, replace, pause, resume, remove, or copy. The API blocks pause or remove of the final active association so a campaign cannot be left with nothing to serve.

Rotate creatives on a live campaign is the job. Plan for more than one creative is why a single banner is a test, not a policy.
